THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF SEX

Sex being an important part of life has been bastardized, abused, misused, and meant to have a different meaning for which it was instituted. This abuse by many has been seen as its being made fun of without finding out its true meaning.

Sex and its entirety are all a part of life which can never be avoided no matter how hard we try to shove it aside. Aside from its original plan of reproduction, sex can also be about pleasure and lasting intimacy.

Sexual activities which includes masturbation or penile-vaginal intercourse (PVI) offers us mouth-watering benefits to our body including all facets of life. This benefits can be seen as social, intellectual, emotional, physical and psychological.

Sexual health doesn’t mean to just have safe sex but it also means that sex is an integrated part of our human lives.

IMPORTANCE OF SEX TO THE HUMAN BODY
Studies have shown which have been proved to be true that having sex can be a good form of cardiovascular exercise to the body in both the males and the females. Sex could be considered as a form of light exercise although sex is not a type of exercise on its own.

The benefits of sex to the human body include
It strengthens the Muscles
Reduces blood pressure
Increased libido in both males and females
Reduces the risk of hypertension, stroke and heart diseases.

Having enough of sex brings about an increased and stronger immune system. This has been proved that people of romantic relationships who had sex frequently were seen to have more immunoglobulin A (IgA) in their saliva when compared to people in romantic relationships who had sex less often.
Immunoglobulin A (IgA) is the first defense against human papilloma virus (HPV) and it’s also an important antibody that plays important roles in preventing diseases in the human body.
Also, having frequent sex keeps the human body relaxed and improves better sleep.

Oxytocin, which is released by the body which is usually called the “intimacy” or “love” hormone when released during orgasm with a combination of the above mentioned hormone causes sedation.

Having a good sleep contributes to the total wellbeing of the body by building more resistant and stronger immune system, gives much amount of energy during the day, and increases our life span.

HOW IS SEX BENEFICIAL TO ALL GENDERS
Recently, it’s been proved that men who engaged in penile-vaginal intercourse (PVI) were less likely to develop prostate cancer which is a form of cancer that exists among men. A study found out also that men who did ejaculate on an average of 4.6 to 7 ejaculations a week were less likely to develop prostate cancer before the age of 70 by 36 percent.

Also, women who had sex more frequent were seen to have release natural pain relieving chemicals and also have an increased blood flow when having an orgasm.

This is beneficial to the female gender as it
Helps produce lubricants which lubricates the vagina
Protects against endometriosis
Does improve bladder control
Relieves pre-menstrual cramps and menstrual cramps
Builds stronger pelvic muscles.

Sex is a beneficial and integral parts of our lives but should not be abused and engaged in for its wrong use.

Wrong use of sex can cause harmful effects on the body and totality of human life in essence. This can be seen to cause low self-esteem, promotes filtration of harmful viruses into the body and might ultimately cause the death of an individual.

In its entirety SEX SHOULD NEVER BE ENGAGED IN FOR THE WRONG REASONS!!!
