The Fall – a Story about Adam, Eve and the Serpent

‘Not again, please’ He frowned whilst dropping into a nearby stone.
‘Must you do this every day?’ Adam protested.
It’s been a hectic day beyond the garden of Eden, naming animals, birds and fishes. He saw his fist Elephant today and was wowed at such giant walking piece of meat. He’s got tales for Eve his wife and was about spitting them out.
‘I’ll make it snappy, my lord. I hear rumours of new creatures’
‘So what? How does that relate to this? I’m weary of it already’. Adam blurted out rather passionately. Hoping to talk her out of this daily ritual.
‘Well, my lord, I can’t take chances’. She shrugged her slender shoulders, the rise and fall of her shoulders causes a ripple effect down her chest to her supple breasts. Her breasts bounced gracefully. Adam swallowed a sudden lump.
His stomach rumbles… He gives in.
‘You got to make it snappy. I’m famished’
One… two…
Five… eight…
His stomach rumbles again
Ten… eleven…
Eighteen…
Yet another rumbled. He hissed. ‘Faster, Eve!’
Twenty…
Adam hissed and waved a weasel off his hair.
She counted until she got the last rib.
‘Aha! Complete’ She affirmed. Satisfied.
Adam exhaled, shook his head and requested for his meal.
‘At the dinning, my love… fruit salad today. I bet you’ll love it’
Famished and weary of her jealousy… he sprawled on the grass, ready to shove em fruits down his throat.
Grumbling… ‘How long will this continue? Ehn?’
Picks a slice of cucumber and takes a bite… ‘Must she count my ribs every day?’
Why is she so jealous? I bet Eve counts my ribs every day to see if another woman had been created. I’m weary of this. Ogini di?
Munching… hmmm ‘This fruit tastes…hmmm… honey, your culinary skills improved overnight?’
Munching… ‘yummy’ What fruit is this?
‘Eat, my lord’ She whispered with a wry grin.
Adam looks down… on his plate. Blinks twice. Wipes eyes. He’s noticing his bulge for the first time.
‘Jesus!’
He pulls grasses over his groin.
Eve is startled. ‘Baby you scare me. What’s it?’
Adam turns to her… His eyes widened… She’s naked
‘Jesus! EVE!’
Meanwhile few trees away, the Serpent is having a good laugh.
‘Perfect! They ate it!’

  1. “Why is she so jealous? I bet Eve counts my ribs every day to see if another woman had been created. I’m weary of this. Ogini di?” Probably this really happened, it’s the nature of women to be jealous.
